To check the compatibility of an engine with your vehicle, simply consult the “Compatibility” section of the engine in question, where a list of references is provided. If necessary, you can also contact Moteur Livré and provide us with information about your car (make, model, year, engine). Our experts can then advise you and suggest the right engine for your vehicle.
How long does it take to deliver a motor?
The delivery time for an engine after receipt of the order and payment is approximately 12 working days. This time may vary depending on the delivery address and type of freight, but Moteur Livré is committed to delivering quickly and safely.
How long is the warranty on motors sold by Moteur Livré?
All engines offered by Moteur Livré are guaranteed for 3 months from installation by an automotive professional. To take advantage of this warranty, you’ll need to provide the assembly invoice certifying that the procedure has been followed.
What payment methods does Moteur Livré accept?
Moteur Livré offers you secure payment through La Banque Populaire. You can pay for your order easily via a secure link, or by bank transfer using our bank details, which we will send you by e-mail.
How can I check the availability of an engine?
Simply fill in the application form, indicating the type of engine you are interested in. Moteur Livré will then contact you within 48 hours to confirm availability and offer you a quotation.
What makes and models of engines are available from Moteur Livré?
Moteur Livré offers a wide range of more than 60 different makes of vehicle, providing a varied choice to meet your needs. The brands on offer include Citroën, Peugeot, Renault, Volkswagen, Toyota and others.
What are the delivery costs for a motor?
Delivery charges vary according to destination address and type of freight. To find out the exact cost of shipping, simply request a quote by filling in our request form.
How do I return an engine if I’m not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with your motor, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been installed and is still in its original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
What happens if my motor breaks down during the warranty period?
If your engine breaks down during the 3-month warranty period, simply contact Moteur Livré and provide the details of your engine and its breakdown. We will then diagnose and repair or replace your engine if necessary.
How do I install the motor once I’ve received it?
